Dr. Carl Jarvis
Dr. Jarvis is a practicing medical doctor. He is currently the lead emergency room physician at the Queen Elizabeth II Hospital in Nova Scotia, Canada. Dr. Jarvis also has a Masters degree in Biology. Dr. Jarvis works frequently with ISR in support of the development of hospital and emergency room CBRN response plans and procedures. He has conducted CBRN planning and training at over 15 hospitals in the last six years.
Dr. Jarvis specializes in the design of procedures and control of patients in an emergency room during CBRN lock-down. He has designed and updated numerous facilities for the required division between normal ER operations and CBRN contamination zones. Dr. Jarvis also has significant experience in providing the MD and health care aspects to all CBRNE response plans and procedures.
