ISR helps Ontario keep traffic moving!

ISR has recently completed work supporting the Ministry of Transportation Ontario (MTO). ISR worked with the MTO to develop three complex emergency plans to assist the MTO and other key stakeholders during emergency situations. To verify the utility and accuracy of the plans, ISR developed a Table Top Exercise (TTX) for key stakeholders. This one and a half day TTX and After Action Review session (AAR) tested each of the three draft plans independently, assessing their utility for each of the organizations involved. A half day after AAR process was conducted which elicited valuable stakeholder feedback on each of the plans. As a result of this exercise, ISR was able to implement recommendations made for key TTX findings back into the three plans providing the MTO with a final product verified in an operational setting.
